The entire concept of a wyvern is a fairly recent one.

It generally just applies to a two-legged dragon, so in the traditional (i.e., starting in the 17th Century when the term came around) nomenclature, all wyverns are dragons but not all dragons are wyverns.
Political correctness is the pettiest form of casuistry.

I don't care whether dragons have "hands" or not, as long as it meets all other draconic reqs.

Have to say, this was even worse than the first one, and I fear the third one may be still worse.
