So, I was crawling Youtube a month or so ago, and found a channel called Star Trek Continues, all by accident. So, I watch it. I was floored. These guys have worked hard to recreat the original look and feel of the original series. It's interesting that the actor/producer is the same guy who has tons of work as a voice actotr in different animes. He voiced Edward Elric in Full Metal Alchemist. In the first episode, Michael Forrest reprises his role as Apollo. This isn't a fly-by-night video post. This is well done, and the man playing Scotty is actually the son of the original Scotty, James Doohan. I encourage everyone to at least give it a look. I was truly impressed with the work that went into this. This is not a reboot. This picks up on where the original series left off.
