Siblings Jaime and Cersei doing it in the septa next to their dead kid. That's pretty messed up. I am not sure that actually happened in the book and it didn't really fit with TV-Jaime's established character.
They didn't have sex next to a body at all; they had sex in the sept when Cersei was on her period, and she does sort-of-kind-of resist at first but clearly changes her mind. The scene in the TV show got it wrong, in my opinion, and very clearly was rape - a bad choice, since it really dehumanizes Jaime at the wrong time.
Was Dontos killed in the book? I can't remember, but I don't think so. I don't think they should have done that, making Littlefinger the bad guy. He's not that black and white for me.
That happened much the same, but if I recall correctly it was Petyr himself who pulled the trigger. Littlefinger is VERY CLEARLY a bad guy in the books by that point.
Awesome final scene with Dany and her champion (much better than the first actor), the catapults and shackles. Too bad as a reader you already know she'll soon basically do nothing for an entire book and then loses everything.
The good news is, they won't have her really doing nothiung for too long. They'll either put some extra stuff in, or just go away from that storyline for a bit.
