They actually had a pretty big feud called AvX a few years ago. Wolverine joined the Avengers and there have been interactions but no major team-up that I know of in recent years. Since the rights are still split between Fox and Marvel they won't be teaming up on the big screen any time soon either. Sony made a special deal with Marvel so they can use Spidey now.
