I'm not sure if this is the case for everyone..

When it rains particularly hard or there are high winds, satellite TV tends to cut out, whether Dish or Directv. At least it does for us rural folks in Southern Md.

Just something you may want to take into consideration.

Directv also has a promo right now where they will wire up to four rooms, and give a free HD/DVR receiver, along with three free months of HBO/Showtime. I think.. check the site out.

Also, if you are 'referred' by a friend, you and your friend both get a $100 credit. If you do go the Directv route, and you don't have a friend with it, NB me.. I'll give you my acct number. I like $100 credits. :P
