at least the 3rd season. Otherwise, the show is seen as pretentious.

But lets face it, no medical drama is anything resembling real life. If Doctor's did the type of shit you see on Grey's, House, ER, etc., they would be sued so often that no hospital would ever them.

Scrubs though...everyone needs a friendship like Turk and JD.
