I do think the writers are getting as much mileage as possible out of the fact that everyone knows Glenn dies in the comics. I will surprised if he is really dead. Assuming they will be introducing the saviors soon if they want to kill Glenn why not do it in the much more dramatic way he was killed in the comics? I do suspect we will not know this time next and they will drag this out for several episodes.
