So I'm not losing all hope. Anyway all the Punisher movies have been drek.

And it's also the question of who has the rights to make another Punisher film. Do Lionsgate still own the rights to any Punisher films (just as Fox have the rights to any X-Men related movies)? Which characters do Disney now own the movie rights to? Is it just the stuff that Marvel Studios were making by themselves?
