Super creep probably refers to Simon (MerryCharlie) who picks up women with cheesy lines and cute versions of Schrödinger's cat. I wonder if he killed the woman he was with. He also has a FF (strangling someone), so he was none of the people walking around during the blackout.
That's true. So now we have him and Simcoe involved with whatever-it-was, plus the guy in Detroit and the D. Gibbons in Utah that spoke on the phone.
It is an excellent show, even if the constant cliffhangers get annoying after a few times (24, I'm looking at you).
