It is another great series from USA. They really live up to there tag line, "Characters welcome".
The show is about an FBI who teams up with a con artist/thief he spent years tracking down and threw in prison. While the two are tracking down criminals, the thief is trying to figure out who set him up, what is happening to his (ex?)love interest, and how to get out of the GPS collar on his ankle. Also, is charming the pants off of the people in his Agent handler's life (mainly his wife, but in a friendly, non-sexual way) and helping the Agent get a bit closer to his wife.
The show has elements of a good cop drama and a good buddy cop show. The characters are engaging and the back story is pretty interesting as well.

Castle: This is so weird. I dressed up as him for Halloween.
Beckett: Me too.

No. I'm too mad at them sitting in Psych's spot after Monk.
