Finn is an extremely self-involved, thoughtless, ass. Really, he's not a very likable character.
So far the only one I'd really qualify as genuinely "likable" is Kurt, because he's the most sympathetic up to this point. Everyone else is doing something selfish that detracts from the likability of their character, at least to some degree. And maybe Kurt's character just isn't developed enough yet

Everyone, in real life or not, has a few traits or behaviors that people find annoying. That's the way of life. Finn... it's just about everything all the time. He continually does and says the most ridiculously insensitive and conceited things, and gets that shocked and confused look on his face when people get upset. Like I said, I don't know why people like him as a character at this point. I am uncertain if we are supposed to or not.
I'm confused by the missing word

Just like I think we're "supposed" to hate Mrs. Shu and want Will with Emma, but that really annoys me. A lot.
