2. What are your favorite romantic comedies? Ones that perhaps defy the cliches of the genre? (I'm sure there are others besides Garden State, but none are coming to me.)

grosse pointe blank! must love dogs! connie and carla (it's about two women who hide out as drag queens... it's awesome.) stranger than fiction (i'm surprised you don't already like this one) there are probably others...

3. What's your favorite Christmas movie?

i'm jewish. i don't actually like xmas movies, though i do like elf. and national lampoon's christmas vacation.
