you have to do then in that order (4,5,6,1,2,3) since showing them in the timeline order ruins so much of the twists in the original trilogy ( Vader's identity, Luke and Leah being siblings, extra)
The Prequels were made in retrospect, with the intent of explaining some of the events of the Original Trilogy, so the only way it makes sense to watch them is in the order they were made.
