I thought that opening sequnce was atrocious. It's cheesy.
The show has interesting ideas, but has serious pacing problems. There were a lot of scenes where nothing seemed important, even though the script was trying to convey important things. I'm worried that if they don't make it a bit more gripping and pick up the pace a bit, they will be cancelled early on - and this can't happen! I want the show to survive at least long enough to see the Cylon Rebellion!
