Definitely getting a 'Ruin and Preservation' vibe from Jacob and New Locke (and yes, I know Sanderson didn't invent that archetype, just saying).

Heh, NotLocke is represented by a black rock. I wonder if Jacob was being ironic when he brought the Black Rock to the Island to try and find a new Protector.

Sounds like Locke in the Lostverse 2.0 might not have Daddy issues, since Helen mentioned bringing his Dad to a Las Vegas Wedding.

Did anyone see what numbers were on Jack's business card that he gave to Locke? I wonder if the 4-8-15-16-23-42 numbers have any significance in the other Lostverse.

Kinda cool that Sawyer as a Con man can read people, which means he spotted NotLocke right away.

Why is Kate not a candidate? Didn't Jacob meet with her before the Island?
