In Salidar, Egwene "tricked" the Hall into declaring war on Elaida and they placed all control in her hands. In the face of Tarmon Gaidon, with two books left to go, I wonder if Egwene will use the same "trick" on her new Hall, and bring the power of the White Tower under her command.
However, Elaida's tyranny may still be too fresh for Egwene to grab hold of the Tower and direct them like a sword. Still, maybe we will see the WT take the initiative and lay themselves in her hands willingly.
