Tom's hip (with the pocket) is misaligned and if you look at the bottom of his stick you can see the remnants of another stick attached to nothing. Add on to the horrible hack job the fact that Mat and the other guy's feet are missing. And of course the most obvious is part as noted in the link title is that they are now about three feet tall. Whoever did this should be ashamed at how bad he or she is at PhotoShop.
