I get regular updates from Sanderson's publicist at Tor. In the update recently sent with tour info, this line was inlcuded:

I am also writing to tell you one other thing … this weekend, DragonCon takes place in the Atlanta area. There will be some surprising—and even landmark—announcements being made concerning the Wheel of Time.



So, there is some big news coming - probably just announcing that an ebook for the prologue will be available soon, but it could be more.
I amuse myself.
