Indeed, this might be fun (providing the book doesn't end with her getting out of the Tower).

If I were Mat, I'd make up a ton of imaginary events that supposedly happened to freak her out !
Like "Oh, just so you know, Rand finally settled down in Edmond's Field and now tends sheeps" or "The Last Battle is done, we only thought of getting you back last week after celebrating our victory"


He could mix it up with the real stuff so she wouldn't know which was true and which was not. He'd have to do it while Thom's asleep.

and the book better not end with their escape, damn it. It would be a great climax though, so I'm worried. I want to get a lot of Moiraine in this book. Not just "yay, we made it out of there. the end"
