Any thoughts on how you would change the WT?
I don't think it would go that far. That's pretty radical, and the AS as a whole seem to be fairly conservative, even the Blues. Just look at the sputtering fit Romanda had when Egwene suggested over the hill AS should undo the oaths and retire into the Kin. I don't believe Egwene will massively reform the WT at least not like this at first. The changes will come gradually.
First, I think the AS will become more integrated into the society of the Westlands. Egwene has seen how the Wise Ones and Windfinders are important and respected in their societies. I think one of the things she will to, and she may very well do it in the last two books, is try to convince the Hall to take a more active role in the world instead of being cooped up in the Tower. To be more respected in the outside world and actually take a part in more than just Ajah politics. The AS have rediscovered Traveling now, so a sister won't have to spend weeks travelling by horse or ship. The Salidar AS already were doing regular Traveling as of CoT, and were taking safety precautions as well. This will enable them to be more active in the world, as they can easily Travel from their rooms in the WT to a community in the outside world and back. Of course they'll have to start in friendly nations like Andor, Cairhien, and the Borderlands first; it'll likely take longer for them to be welcomed and respected in Tear.
Shifts in Ajah philosophy will be necessary. I don't know if they'll stay or dissolve, but the Green and Red Ajahs in particular will have to evolve. I think the Red's decision to bond Asha'man is the start of their change; I think in the end, Reds will end up specializing in using the OP in unison with men. The Yellow, Brown, and Gray will probably change the least if they don't dissolve.
I think that intermarriage between AS and Asha'man will happen. We can see hints of this already with the Asha'man that have been boned to AS. Rand doesn't want to get the Asha'man to involved with the AS, but that's already out of his hands. I've stated before that I think the Asha'man will eventually replace the Warders, and that AS and Asha'man pairings might eventually end up bonding each other. How the multiple Green and proposed Red bonds will work out remains to be seen, as well as Logain's double AS bond.
I think the WT will become a center of learning, and I can see something like symposiums where AS, Windfinders, Wise Ones and Kin exchange knowledge. We've already seen that these "wilders" whom the AS have dismissed have skills with the OP that the AS don't have or have lost. I think the secrecy of the AS is to blame, that is how different sisters have their own secret weaves they don't teach anyone else. That's something that I think will change.

Honestly, I would love to burn down the Tower, and bring the Aes Sedai down from their high horse

That's true, but if this system had been set up early on, recruiting would be very high.

Didn't say she'd do it tomorrow. This is about "what would you do" not "what's realistic"

Darius-sedai, I think your plan would ruin the White Tower.

Deane Aryman had nothing to do with the damane system. It was a Seanchan born channeler who made it.
