1) Keep going on the reaching out to the community theme.

Sisters should marry and have children more often. With saidin clean, male channels are the best bet, for obvious reasons.

2) Ensure the Tower LEARNS a thing or two.

The don't always have the best weaves, nor the most effective. And it seems the Green Ajah can't fight worth beans (no linking, etc). The WT did tons worse when attacked than the rebels did (at least they linked up into circles).

Not only that, with stilling now fully curable (at least Eggy should learn of it soon), time to start exploring those store rooms and figure out what the ter'angreal really do. And maybe some of the angreal and sa'angreal.

Plus, with Elayne being able to make some, they should start, making some.

And the things they need to learn go way beyond the power.

3) Start accepting men.

Let Logain teach them. Work on how men & women can work together.

Even before the LB, this needs to be done. All the greatest works were done with men & women working together. How often have we been told this? Well, we have a great thing that needs doing.

4) I'd go way beyond big cities. Have processions like kings and queens. Go into mid size towns and set up hospitals and centers of learning. Plus, once the people have the respect, you won't miss so many with the spark.

Testing could be done at Bel Tine or some other holiday.
