Wouldn't any of the 4 possibly still living Bloodknives already have attacked. It seems at least 2-3 days passed between the Seanchan raid and the epilogue, where Egwene doesn't mention any further assassinations, but seems pretty content. Why would a Bloodknife wait a few days, somehow hiding in the WT, before causing further damage? I would expect that all Bloodknives immediately began to kill as many AS as possible, when they entered the WT.
But in this context, it would also be ironic if a Bloodknife finishes Mesaana in her AS disguise.
