Teslyn/Joline/Edesina know Travelling now, and their plan is to take Seta and Bethamin to the White Tower.

The only reason I add Egeanin is because she had a pin with a sword on it in book 9, and has worn a sword before. I'm not sure why she'd want to go to the White Tower though. She'll want to see Elayne first at least.

At least since day 774 (according to the WoT chronology). That they apparently still didn't Travel to the WT till day 802 (the epilogue with Egwene), leads me to believe that they might stay longer in Caemlyn. I also don't really see why a meeting with Seta, Bethamin or Egeanin should be such important for Egwene.

No more than meeting any of the sul'dam with Elayne right now. It's not certain Elayne will welcome Teslyn and Joline with open arms either. At least Joline is Elaida's, and both Teslyn and Joline won't have changed their mind about Elayne being just an Accepted. And there's Duhara probably still around, and she is BA.

Egeanin is cast out, and so are the others. There's not much she can do for Egwene except given her information about Tuon, and the depth of her convictions to bring down the White Tower.

These women in the WT could do more damage than anything. Egwene is already dead set against the Seanchan, she doesn' really need to hear that their leader will never stop wanting to destroy the AS. She already assumes that, and the point is Egwene, Rand, Tuon.. they all need to understand they have to be one against the Shadow.

The only valuable piece of information the sul'dam can bring is that Tuon herself is a sul'dam, and therefore she can learn to channel. Given a few years, the White Tower could do a lot of damage with this, but in the short term it's not terribly useful, except to throw publicly at Tuon's face in a meeting that isn't too likely to happen (not before they agree to a truce or something, anyway).

Anyway... to get back to Joline, nothing says for sure she's not gone back to the Tower, even though it's very unlikely. She'd more likely send pigeons to Elaida first, telling her about the Seanchan they've turned (that would only comfort Elaida in her beliefs the Seanchan can be dealt with)... But otherise, Teslyn/Joline aren't allowed to return to TV right now, they've been exiled by Elaida. And it's unlikely Elaida would relent about their exile, she's added blame for letting Elayne escape from Ebou Dar to her grievances against them)... If they communicated with Elaida, the most likely outcome is that she ordered the two of them to stay in Caemlyn and help Duhara control Elayne and bring her back to TV... which Teslyn at least wouldn't do. Joline? That's far from certain. A possible problem of a Duhara-Joline meeting is that this will bring Duhara's attention on Mat being in Caemlyn, and Duhara is BA)

IRRC, Duhara is even the one who replaced Teslyn as Sitter (and maybe Teslyn is the one who replaced Duhara herself when Duhara was exiled after the vileness...). There may be not love lost between these two.

One small Egeanin clue: at some point at a Q&A, Brandon was talking about his POV clusters and how they worked. He was explaining that Egwene's cluster included Siuan and co., and Rand's included Nynaeve, Aviendha, Cadsuane etc. Mat's included Tuon. Then he spoke of the "miscellaneous" cluster of POVs that don't belong with the five 'main' pre-TG story lines (Perrin, Mat, Elayne/BT/Caemlyn (more minor than the others), Egwene and Rand). He mentionned a few names like Lan, Loial and Egeanin/Domon in this cluster...

It sounds like Egeanin and Domon will get a minor story line of their own, not tied to the five main ones. I guess it's not impossible they go to Aringill to buy a ship, and they sail south to Tear, then Illian. Jordan may have intended to use them as " POV witnesses" of some of the LB in the south, or perhaps they'll reach Illian only to see the Seanchan invading it after TG has started.

A very "out there" scenario (it doesn't reallt seem to work for me, anyway) is that Egeanin and Domon will go to TV by Travelling - with Teslyn/Joline and co., then buy a ship there and be asked by Egwene to escort Mattin Stepaneos back to Illian.

I rather had Stepaneos marked as a way (an unlikely way, albeit) the WT could get in contact with Logain, if Egwene decides to send Mattin back home, her emissaries might come in contact with Logain's Asha'man, or the Council on Nine will fetch the Asha'man when/if the AS try to re instate Mattin as King of Illian.
