A Seanchan (Ergainien) woman who thought that all channelers were evil and should be forced to to be leashed, has decided that only channelers who act as criminals should be turned into Damane.

Several Sul'Dam have admitted that they can channel and have asked to be enrolled as novices. -Despite the fact that they have a deep-seated cultural hatred for all thing Aes Sedai, and admitting that they are channelers means that they are everything they fear and hate.

All in a short time when dealing with people they hate and fear.

What might happen to a devoted group if lead by a figure that they trust and accept? Especially after they've already shown cracks in their conditioning?
