It is serviceable enough, and much better than a Sweet cover by far, but this seems like the most obvious (read: boring) image to show, involving no real imagination on the part of the artist. And I think Nynaeve should have been shown, if they were going to render that scene.
In fact, I think a far more interesting cover would be to show the after-effect of the Cleansing, with Moghedien as the focal point.
