I would love to see the War of Power or the Hundred Years War just as much, but I'll go with the Trolloc Wars. There would still be a far greater degree of civilization from the Age of Legends left compared to the current timeline and humanity is still strong numerically so the battles would be on a huge scale compared to Rand's time. I think it would just be a really fun period to read about. Many, many more I'd love to read, but this is my choice.
