I think that Rand will be wielding HIS blade of light. It was the weapon that he wielded when the "Big Voice" interrupted him in tEotW after all. As to the 3 shall be 1, I think It refers to a link of Rand/Avi/Elayne. Linking is described as a circle, one. It is probably referring to Rand and wives marching to the pit.
