Much of New Spring includes 1st Person POV from Moiraine. This material clearly indicates Moiraine is NOT BA. Other POVs in the "current" WoT books have POVs with her, and everything indicates that she could never have been a BA.
Moiraine Damodred is more likely to come back as a saidar-channeling man than as a DF. MD coming back as a saidin-channeling woman is actually more likely than DF (unless Thom is bi, and now I need to think about something else).
