My line of thought and question are actually around the last one, specifically the reference to the ravens sinking their claws into the flesh of his shoulders. Is this just another reference to the marriage? Or something more, something deeper?

I think that one referred to the kidnapping of Tuon (and Selucia) itself, though if the Raven signify the Seanchan (as they do in the KC), then the second Raven who "fought" with Mat isn't Selucia but Egeanin. Egeanin on one shoulder, and Tuon on the other. The night of the kidnapping, Mat had to fight to get Egeanin to stick to the plan, and Tuon he fought literally. And those two fights went on and on, until the wedding.

The OT reference is weird. This could refer to the OT mention on the Ashan'darei (which attracted Tuon's attention to Mat), or maybe Mat spoke the OT without knowing when he married Tuon.

This dream could link the bargain with the Finns (the OT representing Mat's memories) with their prophecy about Mat marrying the DotM, and represent the fulfillment of that prophecy when Mat married Tuon in WH (and fought with two ravens).

The Finns told Mat he would marry Tuon, they said nothing about Tuon and him marrying, strictly speaking. Their prophecy seemed to be about the night when he spoke the words and kidnapped her (whereas the other ones referred to the day Tuon would complete the ceremony)

The Seekers for Truth have ravens tattooed on their shoulders...

Property of the imperial family (hereditaty da'covale) have the ravens tattoo, not the Seeker. The Seekers have a Tower & Raven tattoo on each shoulder. The Raven is a sigil of the Paendrags, the Tower of Ravens is the symbol of imperial justice. The whole seems to represents imperial justice, and the powers of the Seekers derived from the Empress.

A Raven alone wouldn't be a fitting symbol for a Seeker in a dream/prophecy. Their symbol is the Tower and Raven.

In dreams, the Ravens (attack on the tower etc.) usually represented the Seanchan in general, acting at the orders of the Empress/her delegates (Tuon sent the attack, Tuon ordered the others not to prevent her kidnapping etc.).

Might this mean that Matt will become a Seeker? Or that his fate is tied up with a Seeker? Like, Almurat Mor, the one who has been actively following Matt's group since The Shadow Rising?

He's never been interested in Mat at all, actually. He thought him a boy toy (he even says "apparently", ie: he never took notice of Mat before he heard he's disappeared the same night Tuon did, and he still thought him a toy then). He had marked Thom as the brain/leader of the plot. Thom and Suroth. There's no obvious connection between Mor and Mat.

Furthermore, Karede in COT said the members of the Imperial family can deny/rebuke the Seekers. So unless Fortuona orders the Seekers to investigate/arrest Mat, as a Prince of Ravens he is probably above their normal authority, like the Empress (with the difference that it's always true for her, but she can rescind this at any time for Mat).

What do you think the prophecy means and how do you think the story line with the Seeker, Almurat Mor, will play out?

If he makes a return (I'm not convinced either way, it seems late a bit), it won't be tied to Mat (that'd be like a new storyline, and Brandon said there aren't any). In CoT he suspected collusion between Suroth and the Tower. If Mor kept investigating Suroth to get to the bottom of this, the last trail he knows about leads to Liandrin. She couldn't be put to the question without forewarning Suroth, but now she can.

If we see Mor again, it will probably be in a scene with Tuon's Hand (who would be his superior).
