For example, Mordeth's power of the powers of Wolfbrothers, which aren't really related to the OP or the TP. The powers of Ogier or the Finn are apparently also not linked to the OP or the TP.
But I believe one can say that the OP is basically the Creator's power, yes.

But what if the OP is actually the result of the two forces (DO/Creator) acting against each other in balance, which is created by the DO being locked outside of the pattern/creation.
