We know Moridin wasn't there. So who was able to squeal the beans that Mesaana wasn't there? Mesaana was clearly punished for not being at the cleansing. Therefore I think it is likely that SH had a passive role at the cleansing as an observer.

As Etzel said, SH is limited in power and may not have been able to take an active role in the battle.


Another idea is that SH's absence is more evidence that he and Moridin are one juxtaposed being. Since Moridin wasnt there, SH wasnt there. I know! it's not proof of anything other than we dont see SH. However, it is further weight in favor of the theory. Who was punished in SG by SH/Moridin? What if anything did SH do to her? I believe Moridin mindtrapped her. What about in the WT--is that where Messana was "punished"? do we see any similarities between SH in Messana's scene/Moggy's scene vs. Moridin's interaction with either? Also, where is Moridin at each scene? Do we have evidence of his whereabouts at either time?
