It is the one area we really haven't been given much pf a look at Murandy, just stories about it whereas it seems we have been given intimate details or looks into pretty much every other nation and its rulers.
A second guess is that he would be using Taim as a proxy.
But wine was the great assassin of both tradition and propriety...
