There are several Ryan Send a noteboard - 06/08/2010 02:16:29 AM
The first one is where he complains about a stuffy feeling in his head, that just goes away when he is confronted by White Cloaks. This is to cure Bela's fatigue.

The second time he channels releases the boom on Bayle Domon's ship, the sickness after is Rand's highwire stunt on the Spray.

Third time he channels is in Four Kings and he gets physically sick as a result.

Fourth time he channels is at the Eye of the World when he confronts Aginor.
The past is just that, the past. You can only truly live by looking to the future!
