Well she seems to know it, and Moiraine suggests that even knowing it is something you can be stilled for. She might not know it but she recognized it instantly, and she also knows other secrets like inverting, which no sister knows.

I know you could be very severely reprimanded/punished, but they could really still you just for knowing it?


Given what it does to the Pattern, the knowledge is dangerous enough to warrant that IMO.
