"Ishamael, Demandred, Lanfear, Graendal, Semirhage, and later Sammael, were always at the top end of the pyramid"
If these ones are at the TOP of the pyramid, and Rand killed 4 out of 6 of these ones (some twice), then he seems to be doing very well.
Don't forget Ltt may have killed some lesser 'chosen', but he also had plenty of help with other powerful male and female Aes Sedai.
He never killed the best of the Chosen, and Rand did. He beat the living hell out of the strongest Chosen twice now.
So stuff it. j/k

At one point in the books, a Forsaken mentions that the Great Lord had only ever given 29 people access to the True Power. The Dark One wouldn't grant access to just anyone, only the most powerful of his minions. So if we are completely conservative, and assume that all 13 of the Forsaken known to the 3rd Age were among those 29, that still leaves 16 other Forsaken who were among the very best. And I'd be surprised if Moghedien or Asmodean were really among the top 29 greatest underlings Dark One had serving him.
We've been told numerous times that Moghedien has killed Forsaken that were stronger than her. So there again, we know that other Forsaken existed who were near the peak of channeling power, stronger than Moghedien.
We also know that the Demandred-Mesaana-Semirhage alliance has eliminated many other Forsaken. Chances are good that if they had to team up to do it, most, or at least, some of their victims were very strong and capable channelers too.
The Big Bad Forsaken that we know by name were just 13 of many uber-powerful Forsaken, with countless other channelers of various potential serving the Shadow under them.
I don't think it's unreasonable to assume LTT killed many High-Level Forsaken. And it wasn't just one-on-one duels, he had to deal with mixed gender circles, angreals, combat ter'angreals, regular non-Power weapons of war, and huge amounts of enemy soldiers and Trollocs. He was the greatest champion of the Light, at a time when both sides had an incredible amount of highly-skilled, very knowledgable channelers and non-channeling strategists fighting on its side. HE SEALED A GOD BACK IN HIS PRISON. Granted, the God was not completely free, and therefore not at full power, and yes, the sealing was imperfect. But he still managed to eke out a draw with a Deity.
Oh, and who is it that Rand has killed twice? The only Forsaken we know of that died twice was Aginor/Osan'gar. And Rand didn't really kill him either time. He drew too much of the Eye of the World and killed himself the first time, and Elza incinerated him the second time.
