I guess we'll just have to wait to find out how it will all pan out.

I'm rather interested myself, since Ishy was one of the more fascinating characters in this series. I mean, he, out of all the Forsaken, is the only one who knows that there will be nothing for the Forsaken to rule if the DO breaks free.

And I have to ask myself why he's still faithful to the DO if he knows all that. I know, he's insane. But that's apparently because of his rampant TP usage.

So, what did he expect to get out of the deal, apart from unrestricted use of the TP?

I think there must be a hidden motive...

It is generally believed he would then no longer be reborn over and over, thus breaking free the chain the pattern has placed upon him. Basically, he desires absolute freedom, which is not allowed by the cyclical nature of the Wheel.

I was thinking earlier how, in other series, the whole "forever circle" of the WoT would be terrible - 09/09/2009 05:49:08 PM 856 Views

I think that's just more of the "everything is cyclic" thing - 09/09/2009 11:47:59 PM 808 Views
