All Demandred would have to do is impersonate Rand, break the bargain to offend them, then change his disguise and join the war.

The other possibility is the Borderlands.


He claims "His rule is secure" ... which as a male would be impossible amongst the Sea Folk ... the Mistress of the Ships essentially has absolute power among them ... even the Master of the Blades isn't her equal.
