So I'm thinking the "Seven-Striped Lass" is Egwene (seven-striped stole of the Amyrlin, and Egwene is still practically a girl in terms of age).

Thoughts?

My guess is that someone in Caemlyn heard the "hilarious joke" in the city that supposedly the Tower has named a teenager Amyrlin. He didn't believe it but found the story funny, so he named his new Inn after the "Accepted Amyrlin".

IMO, it's possible it's the Queen's Blessing that got sold (Gill has been gone for months without giving any news) and renamed that, and this is where Mat and Thom go to stay while in Caemlyn.


Definitely like this idea. I really think the "Queen" listed in the text is the Queen's Blessing, and you have a good explanation for it!!
