Most of Rand's battles involved strenght but when he faced Lanfear for the last time she might have used her dexterity. She tried to shield him not to mention kill him or cause him pain and Rand retaliated by trying to knock her out with a club of Air.

Lanfear may have been weaker that Rand, I'm not sure if he had come into his full strength at that point (in which case he would have clearly been stronger) but she was able to handle his attacks very easily.

Part of this might be her experience at fighting channelers of the opposite gender but cuttin weaves you can't see with such ease seems to suggest she was pretty dexterous.
