I thought it was pretty good. Sanderson's depiction of Mat has improved in my opinion. The way his thoughts contradicted his actions was classic Mat and quite amusing. The question is, who's dead in Mat's tent?
One thing that I wondered was, what the heck is up with Elayne? I mean I thought she and Mat had reconciled and become friends and all. And this is certainly true of Mat and Birgitte. So why the heck is Elayne ignoring Mat like that? I know we are only seeing things from Mat's PoV, but Elayne is not shown in good light here.
