They cannot make weapons for one man to kill another. For men to kill Trollocs, they can make as many weapons as they like.
Shadow. Unfortunately between Aludra and the succession war which just wrapped up I think it would be Impossible for any sister to convince herself of this. They would wind up doing what Verin and Alanna did in EF. They had to wait until they knew no men would be killed with the rocks they enhanced with the OP
