It really started to irritate me a few paragraphs in, I think poor Mat's name was worn out by the end! It's one of the little differences in writing style between BS and RJ that really stand out for me. Nice teaser chapter and I'm looking forward to the book but aargh! Some aspects of BS's writing are like a slap in the face.
