Rand sees them talking in the hallway. Moiraine points at Rand, and Min nods curtly (it's obvious that it's because she sees images above his head) and then they talk. Min is 100% loyal to Moiraine at that point.
Later on she thinks in her head (probably in the Prologue of TSR) that Moiraine was the only one who had understood how the viewings work. Min has always told Moiraine about every last vision she's had, until they part company in TDR. It's a fact.
