Is it just me or aren't Perrin's scenes like a 1,000,000 times better when Hopper is in them? (<< Rhetorical question, obv.) Like when he attacked Egwene in t'a'r for being nosey. I mean, the reason why books start going downhill after LoC is mainly that they don't have any Hopper appearances (until WH, then again he is gone in CoT).

Here are some examples of how Perrin's scenes could have been improved:

if the Battle of Malden were in t'a'r and Hopper destroyed everyone with his mad t'a'r skills (like shooting laser beams from his eyes), Perrin wouldn't still be bitching about Aram.

if Hopper were in the scene where Perrin met with Masema, Hopper would have round-house kicked him back to Shienar, thereby preventing Aram from going insane.

if Hopper were in the scene where Rand told Perrin to GTFO Cairhien, well... he would still have been told to gtfo, but he wouldn't have let them go somewhere crappy like Ghealdan. Faile wouldn't have been captured by Shaido, then.

if Hopper were in the scene where Faile is mad at Perrin and plays stones w/ Loial all the time, he would have called dibs on the winner, which would obviously be Loial, and then Faile's plan would have backfired. If somehow Faile beat Loial, Hopper would then have beaten her in like 2 moves and then played Loial.

etc.

What improvements can you think of/would you make to Perrin scenes?
