I think that it has already happened at the BT, to all of the AM in Taim's manor who are having 'special lessons' and it will be done on screen to the AS who we last saw entering the manor. The Shadow has to get more Dreadlords from somewhere!

He seems to have introduced Pevara and Silviana specifically to showcase that there are Reds that are good guys! I would be surprised if he gave such a crappy end to a character like Pevara!
