You forget about the humidity of the Waste which is low enough that sweat is instantaneously, or as near evaporated. Thus the sweat tents, to create an enclosed atmosphere where steam and sweat won't dissipate as quickly.
The past is just that, the past. You can only truly live by looking to the future!
