I would also point out that her dislike/jealousy of Alviarin was mentioned first before Alviarin and Mesaana "clashed", so it's a bit odd when people bring this up as evidence that Norine is Mesaana, after the clash. Their dislike existed, and the way she looks at Alviarin is even explained: she thought she ought to have been Keeper, and she dislikes Alviarin. It follows Norine is most displeased that Alviarin messed it all up, and that she is prominent among the Whites who make her anger and disapproval felt to Alviarin.
Are you talking about when Alviarin passes Norine and Danelle in one of the middle books? (I need to chase that scene down, I guess.)
One of the main reasons I had to support Danelle was that she was on Elaida's council during the time that Alviarin thinks to herself that Mesaana knew exactly what was happening in these meetings. Interestingly enough, the fact that Norine thought that she could be keeper might mean that she was one of the unnamed AS on Elaida's council.
In any case, I agree with you that the evidence more strongly supports Danelle. I only disagree with how strongly you disregard Norine. If I had to guess probabilities I would guess that Danelle has a 60% chance with Norine having a 25% chance and a 15% chance it is someone we haven't thought of.
