We know 'how' Mashadar was created, but just because people act in a certain way, however cruel and malicious that doesn't just make a 'magical force' come into existence.
So, who created Mashadar?
It seems to me that the Creator did in some fashion, as the original intent was to defeat the Dark One and his beliefs, and it was man that corrupted this 'force' and turned it into Mashadar/Mordeth.
If not the Creator, then the only other options that would have enough power to create it is the Dark One & that is not likely since Mashadar actually actively hunts Shadowspawn OR the One Power.
