totally guessing here...

1. Moridin - Rand, AMoL
2. Demandred - Mat, ToM
3. Moghedien - Nynaeve or maybe Aviendha protecting Elayne, AMoL
4. Graendal - Rand or perhaps Nynaeve, AMoL
5. Lanfear - Elayne/Aviendha or maybe Moiraine, AMoL
6. Mesanna - Egwene, ToM
7. Taim - Logain, ToM



I don't think any of them will happen until AMoL.


I agree that any of these could happen in AMoL too ... although I do feel like we'll see some action in ToM ... most likely IMO Taim and Mesaana, but if Demandred leads some kind of attack on Caemlyn in ToM it's possible he could get killed earlier too.
