It seems that it would be hard to fit all those forsaken deaths in AMOL though, and ToM is very long

I pretty much randomly guessed when I picked who would be killed in what book, but it seems that there is going to be at least 1 forsaken death in ToM. However, ToM is a much longer book than TGS was so nothing is off the table.
It seems that Moridin and Mesanna will be saved for AMOL since Rand and Egwene won't be featured much in ToM. Likewise, we have no indication that Taim and Logain will square off in ToM.
Everyone else, however, seems fair game at this point. Graendal is apparently going to attach herself to Rand's party and try to kill Min and Nynaeve. It is hard to tell if she will be killed off in ToM because we don't know how much Min and Nynaeve will be featured.
Cyndane and Moghedien are pretty much impossible to guess, but one of them could die in ToM-- especially if one of them is involved with Perrin.
Demandred probably won't die in ToM since he commanded a large part of the shadow's army, but we really have no idea how his plot-line is going to proceed.
What I really hope, above all else, is that Sanderson really surprises us in this book. I think some of the other baddies like gholam and Slayer will probably be killed off in ToM, but I would really like to see a Forsaken battle as well.
